How to get the key of house at Kita-Karuizawa

鍵は管理事務所で管理しておりますので、まずは管理事務所にお越しください。
The key is placed at management office. At first, please come to management office to get a key.

When you arrive, tell parcel identification number”Hoshi no mach 277″ and name of reservation.
また、チェックイン時間が18時を過ぎる場合は前日までにお知らせください。
Please inform us by the day before if your check-in time is past 18:00.
鍵を受け取れたら現地にお越しください。
After you get the key, please come to the house.

[ How to enter the house] 入室方法
道路から「星の街277 （株）ユナイテッドフューチャーズ」の看板が見えるのでそれを確認してください。
You can see a signboard “星の街277 （株）ユナイテッドフューチャーズ” from the road.
看板の左にある石と石の間に、2台分の駐車スペースがあります。（下記の写真は冬のものです、春夏は一帯が緑になっています）
And there is parking space for 2 cars.(Photos below are taken at winter, there are green at spring or summer)
駐車場の奥の道を歩いて奥の建物に進んでください。
Please proceed along the road to the building.
鍵を解錠して、ドアを開けてください。
Please open the door by the key.
玄関に戻って鍵を開け、靴を脱いでお上がりください。
滞在をお楽しみください。
Back to the entrance and open the door with key. Remove shoes and enter the house.
Enjoy to stay.
